Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aloha Pass It On website (the "Site"), operated by Luana Holdings, Inc. (doing business as Luana Hospitality Group). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it in an unauthorized way, or using it to violate any law.
Content & intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Luana Holdings, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission, except as permitted by fair use.
Charitable initiative
The Aloha Pass It On program highlights different local Hawaiʻi nonprofits. Featuring a nonprofit does not imply that we endorse every aspect of their operations, and links or references to third parties are provided for convenience.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luana Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
